Shipping/Return

SHIPPING & RETURNS: 

• Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, and will arrive 3-5 days after shipping depending on location.  Rush packaging and shipping is available.  
• FREE SHIPPING on all orders US order $50 and above. 
• Cost of shipping for orders  under $50 is $5.00 
• Scrappy Hats will accept returns for items purchased directly from us within 14 days of delivery.  Please email: info@shopscrappy.com with your order number, and reason for return.  If the return is for any reason other than an error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs.  Please send tracking details for the shipment, and we will issue the refund or exchange as soon as those details are received.  
• You must ship back in original packaging to ensure products remain in quality condition.
